Refund Policy

Overview

MyVacayRewards sells membership access — not individual travel bookings. Your membership gives you the right to claim complimentary hotel stay certificates and access our resort network. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, our refund window is limited but fair.

Annual VIP Membership ($59/year)

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Annual VIP memberships. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Refunds are not available after any travel certificates have been redeemed or booking requests submitted
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method

Gift Builder Quarterly Subscription ($15/quarter)

Quarterly subscriptions may be canceled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. We do not issue prorated refunds for the current billing period already charged.

  • Cancel anytime — no penalty
  • Access continues through the end of your current paid period
  • Refunds on the most recent charge may be requested within 7 days if no certificates have been claimed

Hotel Stays & Certificates

The complimentary hotel nights included in your membership are subject to availability and the terms of our travel certificate program. The hotel room itself is provided at no charge — members are responsible for any applicable taxes, resort fees, and booking fees at the time of redemption (typically $30–$65 per night).

  • Taxes and fees paid at booking are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed
  • Certificates are valid for 12–18 months from the date of issue
  • Certificates are for individual travel only — not transferable or redeemable for cash
  • If a confirmed booking is canceled due to circumstances within our control, we will reissue the certificate

Non-Refundable Items

  • Memberships where travel certificates have already been redeemed
  • Memberships purchased more than 30 days ago (Annual) or 7 days ago (Quarterly)
  • Taxes and resort fees paid directly to the hotel at time of booking
  • Memberships purchased through ClickBank — those refunds are handled directly through ClickBank's refund process

ClickBank Purchases

If you purchased through ClickBank (our external affiliate platform), your refund is subject to ClickBank's standard 60-day money-back guarantee. Contact ClickBank directly at clkbank.com or call 1-800-390-6035 to process your refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on a Stripe purchase, contact our support team through the Support page or email us directly at support@myvacayrewards.com. Please include your order email address and purchase date. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
